HELP: goosebumps like flare up

I just noticed my son has a lot of tiny goosebumps like " rash " kind

of thing on his chest (quite a lot), tummy and back which seem to

have flared up just today. A few of the " goosebumps " like dots (esp

those on his chest) are pinkish in colour but the rest are just

flesh colour (very much like goosebumps). he does not have fever

and the bumps are NOT itchy. My son also appears quite normal -

happy, good appetite , sleeping well,calm and in control; though he

seemed quite tired at ABA this morning.

the only change in his supplements I have made over the past few

days are:-

1) stopped GSE (he was previously on 4 drops 2X per day)

2) changed his probiotics from custom probiotic to Kirkman's ProBio

Gold.

3) stopped Iron supplements

Could it be the streps in the ProBio Gold causing these " goosebump "

like " rash " ? I read somewhere that PANDAS kids may react to strep

strains in Probiotics.

Also, my son's CDSA back in August of this year shows he has Alpha

Haemolytic strep. Could that be an indication that my son has

PANDAS?
