this group, I have been taking Fisol Fish Oil Supplements which are

also required for the yeast diet. Fisol brand has ententic coated

pills that are supposed to be only broken down in the small

intestine -- not the stomach -- thus no burping up the fishy oil.

However, I burp these up terribly. Any ideas of why this could be

happening. My husband and everyone one else I've ever talked to

takes these with no problems whatsoever. Any suggestions or help

would be greatly appreciated. I may have just stumbled across

something of value as to why my stomach has been so sick since the

Levaquin.

==>, hopefully you are also taking Vitamin A in addition to

this product and you are getting enough Vitamin D from the sun

daily. You need 2,000 - 3,000 mgs of omega 3 per day and this

product contains only 350 mg per capsule so you need to take at least

6 capsules per day. I do not know why you burp up this product, but

I wouldn't recommend any enteric coated products. It is important to

allow supplements to go through normal digestive processes along with

foods, starting with the mouth. Oils & fats get acted upon mostly in

the duodenum (first section of the small intestines). Taking any

oils or fats with food should help minimize burping.
