Guest guest
Hi all - We all, including myself, seem to have SO many questions regarding the lab results from the above-mentioned test that I decided to get information from the horse's mouth, as it were. Here goes - I spoke to a " dietician " as the director, , was unavailable. Basically put, I was told that 1) the test results should be current (at least within 3-4 months) - I am out because my son's test was done almost 7 months ago, so I need to rest; and, 2) Class 1 results are foods/items, which should be " rotated " ; whereas, Class 2 and 3 food/items should be ELIMINATED to help the allergy/intolerance to these foods. She said often with intolerances and " some " allergies to foods, removing them completely from the diet (including health/hygiene products) can reduce the sensitivity/allergy to it. V - Your beautiful responses helped me seven months ago, but as I sit and study this sheet, I was getting bewildered. Simply put, I need to retest my son, and go from there. What I discussed with the dietician was that " soybean " for my son was a .708 - a Class 3 food - yet, he had been GFCF and SF since last May???!!! She pointed out that he is obviously (or " was) getting soy from somewhere. Hope this may help some of you....have a good weekend!!! A mom still in learning!
