My son has severe allergies to fish and I'm assuming the fish oils used in

supplements would bring out a reaction. Is there any other natural

substitute for the EFAs that fish oil provide?

Fish oil is Omega 3. Flax is omega 3,6,9, so you would be getting some 3 with

the flax. My son did very well with flax for quite a while, but I did

eventually have to move him to fish oil for greater benefits.
