I need to know, please, the dosing for the following...

He is an almost 3yr old male who is 30lbs.

Also, can someone tell me what other supplement might be needed for each for

proper absorption, if a yeast feeder, and any other info I may need.

Thanks soo very much!!!

L-Taurine (can't remember what this is used for)

L-Glutamine

Niacinamide (can't remember what this is used for)

P-5-P

Biotin & Magnesium

Thanks again!

This is info that my son required, and the *starting* doses I used. My son was

older than yours tho, so you might want to start lower.

> L-Taurine (can't remember what this is used for)

For liver support and also as part of mito cocktail for proper fat absorption.

250mg to start.

> L-Glutamine

Did not use.

> Niacinamide (can't remember what this is used for)

As part of multi B vitamin, he did not need this separately. 25mg to start.

Tends to increase yeast.

> P-5-P

A form of B6. Requires magnesium for proper absorption. My son just used B6.

25mg to start. Tends to increase yeast.

> Biotin & Magnesium

Biotin requires magnesium for proper absorption. Biotin was wonderful for

long-term yeast control here. 400mcg to start. 200mg magnesium to start.
