Guest guest
I am certain, that adrenal fatigue is an overlooked condition in autism, and aspergers syndrome. My son is going through puberty, and he had seemed to be getting worse all the time.I have been focusing on treating adrenal fatigue on myself, and have found that my asthma and upper respitory problems seem to have gotten so much better. Also,I started treating my son for adrenal fatigue.I believe L-tyrosine,along with an iodine suppliment is an excellent place to start.L-tyrosine deficiency can cause cold hands and feet, along with low body temperature.I have added L-trysoine and an iodine supplement. Also Milk thistle, because that supports the liver and is alsi good for the adrenal glands. My son, have improved alot, since adding these suppliments. Both of us had problems with cold hands and feet.Has improved alot with L-tyrosine.Also his mood is better, and his tantrums are less and less.He hasn`t been on it long,I hope I will see more improvement,as time goes by.
