Need your help: Supplement spreadsheets

Hello,

I asked this about a year ago, but my PC crashed and I don't have the

spreadsheet I was working from.

I created a supplement schedule in Excel form for my hubby or mother

to follow for my son. It listed all his supplements and when he

takes them. I added columns for what they are for and dosage, etc.

I really don't want to create it again from scratch and someone from

a group initially sent me the spreadsheet that they use. I am hoping

that someone out there will share their spreadsheet with us!
