Guest guest
You would have to take the tablets and divide the tablets; The Niacinamdie should be between 10 mgs. to 50 mgs. a day; P-5-P is vitamin B6 so that is between 10 mgs. to 100mgs. per day Bacially speaking; any B-vitamin is between 10mgs. to 100 mgs. Magnesium is used fairly liberally and is safe; Biotin the same; go easy on the glutamate and add Thiamin Vit. B1 @ 50 mgs. day; also be sure to give the child a multivitamin; for minerals+Iodine let me know if you have any other questions and go easy ! thx.
