/Dana: enzyme vs. gfcf question

Hi and Dana,

We had our first visit with the DAN doc today and she seemed very

hesitant about the enzymes replacing gfcf. She suggested Kirkman's

enzyme complete and we have been taking HNI peptizyde. She suggested

that the enzymes only take care of 75% of the g and c. It seemed that

she was thinking that we use them for special occasions not

necessarily to replace the diet. I am much more interested in

replacing the diet. Would you mind sharing your feelings on this?

I have really come to appreciate this group and anyone's thoughts

would be very welcome. Thanks to you all!
