what form of mag do you use???

Hi All

we are having great success with biotin but it has caused some

constipation...we had peter gillhams mag powder on hand for #2 but #3

does not like it....she is 6 yrs old and can swallow caps.

Any suggestions brands and otherwise would be appreciated!
