Guest guest
Recently I did a faecestest for my son who has problems digesting gluten. In this (Dutch) test, the antigliadine must be below 100. Before the enzymes it was 140. He was eating GF, but now sometimes he is eating regular bread. This time the antigliadine in the test was...1!!! That means the Peptyzide works for him. Now we'll try to eat more wheat, and see what happens. Even if he can not have regular bread with every meal, we're already glad that he can sometimes eat it..
