Testign for ammonia is fraught with problems, I think the blood needs to be

processed on site within the hour, if that wasn;t done then the tests

could be false.

Yucca helps, lower protein diet if poor protein digestion is the cause,

protease enzymes like Peptix=zde or AFP

Bad bacteria also cause ammonia, MMS can help with that also

Seconded. Is he on L-glutamine, by chance? That can convert to ammonia in some

kids.

We thought we had yeast under control...until we started Enhansa, and the die

off was very extreme. So it is possible that your dosages aren't high enough

too. We were so susprised that he had such a big reaction to the Enhansa. Of

course, it could be something else too, just thought I'd throw in our recent

experience.

I accidently discovered my daughter had high ammonia and zinc helped, and

melatonin as it makes zinc more bioavailable to the body. Phenols seem to create

more ammonia in my daughter.
