Guest guest
Questions about cherries/food...is there a site and/or books, studies w/info relating to this? Is it all cherries, tart cherries, or this one specific cherry? (older son who takes melatonin inhales cherries, but has come to prefer tart ones over time, so I am very interested in any info regarding this.) thanks elizabeth ....ps. skimmed several things about melatonin on pubmed this am...lotsa stuff about liver/kidney benefits, tho' only saw studies on rats. > > > A good source for melatonine is Montmorency tart cherries (Prunus > cesarus) > > Personally I take of it one ounce (30ml) in the evening (very good > result) > > > > >

There is DMSA and ALA also. ----- From: jtmk98.535597 Sent: Thursday, October 15, 2009 5:53 AM Subject: Re: nuerofeedback What does it cost? Can you just do it from your home? After cleaning up our diet basically, we tried gfcf. Just burnt out on it. On our first week of Trienza and No Fenol for fruit snacks. I've been reading about chelation and people claim that's been the most helpful treatment. However, it involves dosing every 3 hrs through the night. I can't imagine doing that, as I have the most horrible sleep problem. Has anyone done chelation without a Dr. that doesn't involve getting up all through the night? One thing at a time, so we're doing enzymes now, but I am researching about both neurofeedback & chelation. I'd like to hear about anyone's experiences. > > > > Has anyone here already tried nuerofeedback? I saw it on YouTube and it looks very interesting, there's an 8 year old girl on the video who is non verbal and within 6 weeks she started talking. Can anyone share their experience with nuerofeedback please Thanks > > >
