I started with OLE, then added Virastop. After my son was finished

with those, I used high doses of vitamin C and lysine to eliminate the

rest of the viruses.

The combination can help eliminate viruses faster than either one

alone, depending on which viruses you are addressing.

Watch for yeast overgrowth. Viral die off tends to cause a lot of yeast.
