Hi Dana and all list members,

could you please help me reading below and letting me know if I got it ok and

answering doubts?

I am about to start first round of ALA with my son. I found one ALA that comes

in drops and one drop is 5mg. I will give it with purified water. He is

40pounds. From everthing that I have been reading I would be doing 5mg every 3

hours during the day and every 4hours at night 3 days on and then 4 days off.

3 days I would start Friday at 3pm coming back from school and end Monday

morning before going to school.

Can I give it with food? (for example after dinner)?

can I give it on empty stomach at night?

does ALA work to detox lead? or only mercury? I really don't want to go DMSA, I

don't think he would tolerate it, maybe in a year or two he could, but not now

I am giving vit c and zinc during the week. That's all my son tolerated now, he

does not tolerate most supplements and foods.

thank you always so much!

This is the Cutler protocol.

Many people do it like this.

Yes and yes.

> does ALA work to detox lead? or only mercury?

It is not very good with lead, but good with mercury.

I did ALA first, before DMSA.

My son tolerated nothing when I started, except digestive enzymes. He started

tolerating a few things at about round 10, and quite a number of things at round

50.
