Guest guest
Hi Dana and all list members, could you please help me reading below and letting me know if I got it ok and answering doubts? I am about to start first round of ALA with my son. I found one ALA that comes in drops and one drop is 5mg. I will give it with purified water. He is 40pounds. From everthing that I have been reading I would be doing 5mg every 3 hours during the day and every 4hours at night 3 days on and then 4 days off. 3 days I would start Friday at 3pm coming back from school and end Monday morning before going to school. Can I give it with food? (for example after dinner)? can I give it on empty stomach at night? does ALA work to detox lead? or only mercury? I really don't want to go DMSA, I don't think he would tolerate it, maybe in a year or two he could, but not now I am giving vit c and zinc during the week. That's all my son tolerated now, he does not tolerate most supplements and foods. thank you always so much!

This is the Cutler protocol. > 3 days I would start Friday at 3pm coming back from school and end Monday morning before going to school. Many people do it like this. > Can I give it with food? It is not very good with lead, but good with mercury. >>I really don't want to go DMSA, I don't think he would tolerate it, maybe in a year or two he could, but not now I did ALA first, before DMSA. > I am giving vit c and zinc during the week. He started tolerating a few things at about round 10, and quite a number of things at round 50. Dana
