a few months back I believe it was you who suggested some suppliments to take

while having mercury fillings replaced. I took your advice and suffered no ill

effects (years ago when doing hte same I came down with CFS for two years). On

tuesday I will be having two more, of the 4 remaining, replaced with composites.

I can't find the original email...i believe it was activated char and vit

c...would you mind telling me again? Thanks so much.

ps...last time i had to nearly force the dentist to use a rubber dam to protect

me... i have changed dentists and have already been told by him he will use one.

Vitamin C, selenium, biotin.
