Hi Dana

V-gest is more for someone that doesn't eat a lot of proteins. It has

almost the same amount of amylase DigestGold does but much less of

almost all the other enzymes. DigestGold is the best broad spectrum

enzyme. But A person that a lot of grains and vegetables would

benefit more from V-gest. V-gest also has 1,000 GalU of Alpha-

Galactosidase which is the ingredient in BEANO. But BEANO has a very

low amount of Alpha-Galactosidase in comparison to V-gest.

EFA Optimize is great for anyone taking oils, but especially if they

have mal absorption issues. EFA Optimize was formulated to assist

with the assimilation of Essential Fatty Acids while reducing the

common symptoms of poor EFA digestion. One capsule of EFA Optimize

taken with your essential fatty acid supplement will help ensure that

your EFA's are doing their job.*

Fats are labeled as essential or non-essential. Essential fats

(EFA's) must be consumed through diet or supplements because the body

cannot synthesize them. Popular supplements that provide EFA's come

in the form of oils such as fish oils, flax oil, borage oil, krill,

coconut and evening primrose oil.

Many of us know the importance of Essential Fatty Acids in our diet;

they provide energy to the body, maintain body temperature, insulate

the nerves, enhance the immune system and protect body tissues. In

order to accomplish these fundamental tasks, essential fatty acids

must be absorbed and utilized by the body.

I can definitely send out some samples. Can you please email me your

address? Would you like the same information packet I sent out before

with the CD's and literature? Or do you not need it? Just let me know!
