Guest guest
Hi, I read somewhere (maybe in an old post here) that it's important what type of zinc to supplement with -- not to use zinc picolonate, but only to use zinc gluconate or acetate. My HFS only has picolonate or Zinc chelate -- any opinions about what type of zinc to use? Marina

Guest guest
We tried Boiron Zincum Metallicum (30C) 3 pills, 3X/day with a 15 mg Zinc supplement. Our Ped advised a Zinc supplement that does not have copper in it. Mom of ADHD/ASD boys 8 and almost 5. > > Hi, > > I read somewhere (maybe in an old post here) that it's important what > type of zinc to supplement with -- not to use zinc picolonate, but only > to use zinc gluconate or acetate.
