Guest guest
We have " Parent may scribe homework " written in to the IEP for situations like that. Make an appt. to see the teacher before the first day if you can to meet and discuss your child and their education plan and the IEP, it helps. Even if they have the IEP they have not always read it and they don't always have the background information on your child. I also write a profile, kind of like a resume where we've been, what our hopes are, what his summer was like, who are the important people in his life. > > Hi, > > I'm looking through my files to find a letter model I thought I saved to send to the teacher the first week of school. It included something about if things get too late on the homework expect to see my penmanship (instead of my child's) and the like. I'm not having any luck finding it. Does anyone have this in their files/have a link to something similar? > > Thanks. > > > > > > > >
