Guest guest
My son has been on very restricted diet for 9 months (SCD, low phenol, GFCF). He has not been growing at all so we need to rethink our supplement, anti-fungal and dietary approach. We want to give him some source of carbs. I have had similar issues as my son since the beginning of 2008 and have been extremely successful treating my symptoms with his diet, anti-fungals and supplements. i am able to tolerate white potatoes and brown rice really well. So, to get to the point, i would like to try a moderate amount of white potatoes or brown rice. has anyone had success feeding small amounts of these foods to their kids while treating yeast? Thanks,
