Guest guest
I suggest: Biotin and other B vitamins, lots of extra virgin olive oil (anti-inflamamtory) and NO other plant oils (inflammatory). Less trans fats and saturated fats. Skip the starchy and sugary foods. Do you have a lot of stress? Stress will do that. Cortisol is the culprit. To lower cortisol, skip all coffee and lilquorice. Get enough sleep. Drink green tea, and put Turmeric in your food. Skip the starch and sugar. For hair growth, try adding biotin and thyroid support. For dry, strawlike hair, remove vitamin A. Dana
