Guest guest
I am currently giving about 2400 mcg of biotin to my son over the course of a day. He is 5 & 50 lbs. He gets 1 dose of magnesium at 325 mg in the morning. Am I giving enough magnesium? Should it be tied to the biotin such as 50 mg magnesium per 300 mcg biotin or some other type of number? He also has Epsom salt baths at night - about 1 cup per tub. Does this count towards his total magnesium load also? We are steadily working the biotin dosage upwards from 300 mcg per day and I want to be sure I am giving enough magnesium for proper absorbtion. Any advice is appreciated.
