Guest guest
After trying the GFCF for almost a year, my son is down to very few foods. He is very particular and we have pushed very hard. We are on a host of vitamins/minerals and since having read DeFelice's book I'm ready to take him off everything and see if the heavier dose enzymes/probiotics could be more beneficial. Not knowing what elements he is particularly reactive to, does everyone recommend starting with Peptizide and Zyme Prime? Any other advice? Thank you. Guest guest
Hi Donna...we are just starting to go off GFCFCornFree with enzymes...but my son was on them long before GFCF too. We use Houston's and I highly recommend them. Call and aske them for 's number...she is a mom who now works for them who can talk you through the recommendations and process. They will also send you samples to try before you buy. We use trienza at school and out of the house (mix capsle into juice, a chewable is coming out next month. At home we use AFP peptizide, ZyCarb (used to use Zyme Prime but ZyCard tends not to firm stools) and No-Fenol all seperatly so I can dose accordingly (and becuase of my son's past history of constipation. is fantastic to talk to. She will also have Dr. Houston call you if you want. I have not talked to him on the phone but he is very responsive to my email questions. HTH... denice ________________________________ From: Donna Shank <bellaluna000@...> Sent: Wednesday, May 20, 2009 4:57:19 PM Subject: Re: Just finished K. Guest guest
Here, we do zyme and afp for lunch and dinner and no phenol for breakfast. I prefer to have them separately. They helped my son a lot. > > After trying the GFCF for almost a year, my son is down to very few foods. He is very particular and we have pushed very hard.
