Guest guest
I'm not an expert, but we do use biotin to help with yeast. We now take a multi with much higher biotin and then additional biotin at dinner time. Enzymes before each meal and probiotics after each meal. www.whfoods.com can give you more info on how biotin works. I don't worry about giving it with (or away from ) any other supplement. We didn't see any big die-off with biotin, it seems to keep everything calmer- less reactions. I did take Candex for myself for awhile, and I do feel die-off with Candex. > > Hello, > > OK, so if my son still has yeast and starts mB12 shots and has more yeast, we need to go after it. > > Candex/Candidase is so $$$, my doc said no to GSE, so it is biotin. How do you time this with Diflucan and probiotics (Kirkman). Do you give charcoal after? My son had a horrendous die off with Culturelle - sick for days and days until we gave charcoal. > > Thanks, > Susi >

Yes > Candex/Candidase is so $$$, my doc said no to GSE, so it is biotin. Or OoO, or ACV, or caprylic, or a few other things. There are quite a few options. >>How do you time this with Diflucan and probiotics (Kirkman). You can give biotin at the same time as these. >>Do you give charcoal after? If you want. 45 minutes after anti-fungal. Dana
Guest guest
I give my biotin with all the other supps after a meal- Also- Vitacost has a cheaper NSI Brand which is a Candex knock off. We use it every am, 1 hour before bfast with coconut oil. Carolyn
