I like carlsons too but I hear dr sears has some really high quality stuff...but

it is a bit to  high for my budget and I heard the tastes is not as good as

carlsons

Nordic Naturals. It's PCB free and pharmaceutical grade.

I think they contain soy, so that might be something to avoid.

I agree on the Nordic Naturals, but maybe provide a soy-free recommendation for

those who have a history of family sensitivity, allergies, or autism. May want

to check into the " Omega Cure " fish oil... they toute that as some of the purest

available so hopefully that wouldn't contain anything but the Omegas. Plus

there's no capsule so that won't provide any extra potential allergens.
