Guest guest
We really like Kirkmans Cod Liver Oil with vitamin D and A. It's one of the few out there without soy, and they're very easy to swallow.

Guest guest
Nordic Naturals. It's PCB free and pharmaceutical grade. > > Hi, > > I sometimes read along here. Guest guest
I think they contain soy, so that might be something to avoid. > > > > Hi, > > > > I sometimes read along here. Guest guest
I agree on the Nordic Naturals, but maybe provide a soy-free recommendation for those who have a history of family sensitivity, allergies, or autism. May want to check into the " Omega Cure " fish oil... they toute that as some of the purest available so hopefully that wouldn't contain anything but the Omegas. Plus there's no capsule so that won't provide any extra potential allergens. > > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > I sometimes read along here.
