Guest guest
If someone reacts phenols, does that mean the person is lacking chemicals to process it? In other words, is this a permanent thing that the only relief is to take NoPhenol enzymes? TIA!

So it can be corrected, depending on the reason for it and what you do to resolve it. Dana
Guest guest
Adding Molybdenum helps A LOT ! My son had BIG phenols issues. After I've started giving him 15 drops of liquid Moly (E-Lyte), the problems disappeared. Sulphates also help, but in transdermal form, to avoid yeast. HTH, . Phenols question If someone reacts phenols, does that mean the person is lacking chemicals to process it? In other words, is this a permanent thing that the only relief is to take NoPhenol enzymes? Guest guest
> The ALA sounds fantastic. Should it be given on a empty stomach? How often > and what's the amount by weight or age? cathy ALA is alpha lipoic acid, it is an antioxidant and chelator. You need to research chelation and understand what it is doing http://www.danasview.net/parent3.htm#chelation It does not matter if given with or without food. I gave it 3x per day, 3 days on and 4 days off. Some kids need to have it given every 3 hours, including at night. Some people believe the 3-hour protocol is required. So you need to research to determine what makes sense to you, and then observe your child to see what is tolerated. Start with a low dose, like 5-10mg per dose. You can work up as required. Chelation was wonderful for my kids. It does tend to increase yeast for a while, so watch for that. Dana
