Help!!!!!!!! MASSIVE headache - Is it Die off??????

I have been taking a few things to help with the yeast, and since I increased

this protocol I am experiencing the most severe headaches. Worse than a sinus

infection, and almost as bad as a migrane. I can bearly keep my eyes open, and

all I want to do is rest my head.

I really hope this is some die off. I have a major Biology test tomorrow and I

can't study with this pain.

Any ideas on how to alleviate the headache?
