Guest guest
Below is a very old post...it was an answer to the above Was: question. Since then I've learned a lot and backtracked a minute wanting to know more about Histdine and found the below post... I have three questions...first does anyone supplement with Histdine? What do you think about it? Does anyone know the dosing amount for a 30lb boy. DS is has low-histamine levels and from what I've read it seems normal to supplement with this, but do I know enough? The second question is why does the below person mention in the below post to avoid Taurine? We are told to take this...a lot of it and from the research I've done I can't see why not to take it until I read this but don't quite understand why this person is saying to avoid Taurine. DS is considered " NT " and does not have nervous legs, heavy body hair or high serotonin levels but does have chemical & food sensitivities. He has high copper in blood. The third question is what is Glycine. This is the first time I've ever heard that supplement mentioned. Sorry for the very long email. Thanks in advance for any info!!! > > , I don't know what you have learned on this issue. Also should take zinc, vits C & E. > I'm going to try L-histidine soon since overmeth=low histamine.
