Guest guest
Supplementing with 300-400mg of Magnesium Glycinate completely stopped teeth grinding with my two little ones. If all supplements increase yeast At my house, *most* supplements increase yeast, not all. >> and you have to do the supplements then is all you can do is just to keep increasing the yeast protocol? That is what I did. I started at low dose of the supps, so I could be sure to keep the yeast under control. >> When is enough...enough? Depends on what you are giving, whether it is helping, how much yeast is present, etc. >>I am giving him soooo much probiotics at once, soooo many rounds of diflucan, biotin doesn't seem to do anything. Drop the number and/or dosage of the supps you are giving. Try adding ACV or calcium, which helped with yeast control here. Biotin also helped, altho when the yeast was bad, I had to give other things on top of the biotin. > 2nd question. It never caused that problem here tho. > 3rd question. I've noticed every night for the past some months he's been grinding his teeth. Does anyone know what that maybe caused from and how to possibly rectify this? At my house, yeast overgrowth and mineral deficiency. The minerals were potassium, magnesium, and calcium [with vitamin K and a few other things for proper absorption]. > well, this isn't my original 4th question but...I read in that Enzymestuff site that the no-phenol enzymes can help with yeast issues.
