What enzymes if any work to help with corn and rice intolerence?

Our son is on Houstons no-fenol and AFP-peptizyde but was wondering if

he should also be on something to help with starches and sugars?

Thanks for the help

I have not found much help with corn from enzymes. What I was told my houstons

was that it depends on the part of hte corn that your son reacts to. so if it

is the starch, he would need zyme prime. We recently increased the dosage of

tri-enze (which has all 3) with hopes of trying to add in small amts of corn.

He has been rather difficult lately so I have not added in corn. Not sure if it

could be die off of yeast (that can happen with increasing enzymes) or if it is

the whole holiday/school off situation. Once he settles down I will be trying

some corn. I believe my son is sensitive to all forms of corn, but hoping two

years off corn and increased enzymes and being GFCF now will help him tolerate

corn soon.

not sure on rice, it is a starch, so probably zyme prime. You might want to ask

them for samples of it and tri-enza and give them a try.

You can try Zyme Prime, see if that helps.

My son tolerated rice after ALA chelation. Corn required carotene

conversion supplements. Enzymes did not help him with rice or corn,

but hopefully enzymes will help your child.
