Yeast? (TMI - Poop-related question)

I apologize if this is offensive, but I couldn't think of another

person/place to ask it. My son (3 yo) has been having some white

stringy something in his poop for the last couple days. He has more

than one bowel movements a day - this is usually first thing in the AM.

Any ideas on what it may be? His 'yeasty' behaviors have recently

increased (couldn't get probiotics in from the Dr., and perhaps other

reasons as well...).

Also, I have started him on a fish oil supplement recently, but he

hasn't taken it consistently. (Would really dry little bumps on his

bottom be a reaction to the fish oil?)
