Or sniff deeply directly from the bottle. Or make yourself up a smelling salt - take a small glass jar (with a lid). fill it 3/4 full with table salt, and add the eo's of your choice until the salt is moistened. Open it and take a sniff whenever you need to. For a sore throat or sinuses, put a drop of peppermint oil into a cup of herb tea, breath in until the tea cools, then drink it. Sandalwood is also good for a sore throat. I made myself up a smelling salt with equal amounts of Hyssop (for coughing), Eucalyptus globulous, Cajeput and White Camphor, smelled like Vix vapourub. It helped a lot. I also carry a small vial of Hyssop in my purse, it will calm a cough reflex very quickly. This flu is just awful, Ive had a couple of light bouts of it, and it does not want to leave. Guest guest
Let's not forget that Melaleuca has been under attack by Barrett and his watchdogs, too. Multilevel Marketing Project The Multilevel Mirage

Guest guest
Hi, I've been doing a search on this ingredient and haven't found anything that I can copy here for you. It is a formeldehyde releaser, which I haven't quite found a good description of yet. It is used as a preservative, and apparently, if it is used in " wash off " products, there doesn't seem to be much of a problem. The problems seem to occure with leave on products, such a skin lotion... I'll keep looking and hopefully can find some explaination in layman's terms! Also, please don't automatically believe anything that someone says(you are washing your baby...) without doing your research first. Educate yourself. I used to think I was avoiding all sorts of icky stuff, untill I realized that there are 400 different names for the same type of chemical ingredient! Leanna in Alberta.
