Guest guest
I saw Lactococcus Lactis on the label of a probiotic that I wanted to buy, and I was wondering if it had any connection at all to a Streptococcus strain or any other bacteria that I should be concerned about. I have been taking L.Sporogenes, L.Salivarius, Symbiotics Candida Balance, and B. Laterospores, and I am finally starting to feel more like a person. I am trying to follow the SCD diet, but I am still having a difficult time with fruits, so I stay away from them. Two of my supplements contain rice flour, and I hope that it's not enough to do harm. I really needed to know about the Lactococcus Lactis before I buy the probiotic. I have spent so much money on supplements that either don't work, or make everything worse. I really thank God for this group. You all are so much help to me, and I truly appreciate it. paula
