Thanks If they are capsules, it is best about 20 minutes before the meal. Powder does not matter. If you are using the enzymes to address yeast or viruses, give on an empty stomach. He eats ground foods fed to him on a spoon. So I hide some of the crushed tablet and hide it under his first spoonful of food. Lately I have had to fight him to get the first bite in. We empty the capsules into some water and syringe it in via his tube. Works like a charm!
