We do ours with the meal - pass the bottle around after the blessing,

people take theirs as the bottle gets to them. We take our probiotics 15

minutes before 1 meal a day.

If they are capsules, it is best about 20 minutes before the meal.

Powder does not matter.

If you are using the enzymes to address yeast or viruses, give on an

empty stomach.

Is there a " right " way to give enzymes? is to take one Acigest

with each meal. It comes in a tablet that I crush. He eats ground

foods fed to him on a spoon. So I hide some of the crushed tablet and

hide it under his first spoonful of food. Lately I have had to fight

him to get the first bite in. Can I crush it and dissolve it in water,

and syringe it in? Any other ideas?

Thanks,

I don't have to crush any tablets, but my son is on a feeding tube. We empty the

capsules into some water and syringe it in via his tube. Works like a charm!
