HOW DO I START? PLease help

Hello group,

OK I have been reading the book and loooking through enzymedica.  INFORMATION

OVERLOAD!!!!!!  I am learning a lot but now going in circles.  Can someone help

me as to where to start?

 

Goal ---->  I have a son that is 6.  He is on adderral (ADHD) extended release,

speech delay, and on the spectrum. The language is what is holding him back.  He

had monthly ear infections and on antibiotics from 18 months to 2.5 when the

tubes went in the ears.  When he was younger, he was milk intolerant &  excema. 

Recently found out that he has gluten intolerance.

 

He takes: adderral, cod liver, multivitamin, probiotic.  He is a skinny 41

pounder..

 

QUESTIONS:  I started him on the gluten ease.  Is there anything else I need to

be doing?  I want to increase speech, reduce meltddowns, increase focus and

increase socialization.  All help is appreciated.  DESPERATE!!!!   Dan stuff is

not working and breaking my piggy bank.
