Guest guest
Hi, I am new to this group. I do not have children and I do not have autism. I do have really bad bacterial (Klebsiella pneumoniae) and fungal overgrowth (three strains of candida and also zygosaccharomyces bailii) which I've had a hard time getting rid of. I am on the GAPS diet and in addition my doctor ran a stool test which is how I know which overgrowth I have. Also no Lactobacillus or Bifidobacterium were found in my stool. I have many symptoms but the two most bothersome - a daily distended belly that gets worse after eating and causes discomfort (I look like I am pregnant) and I gain weight easily. I also have to take magnesium citrate to have a bowel movement and too many probiotics tend to make the constipation worse. Some other symptoms are fatigue, brain fog, trouble concentrating, anger/angry outbursts, fluid retention, swollen eye lids, puffy face, red/burning eyes, no sex drive, and more. My question is, how do you know which enzymes to take? I appreciate any suggestions. Thank you, a
