Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I'm new so will give a quick intro. My 10 y.o. son has spd - is extremely tactile defensive - goes along with rigidity, collecting, eczema, picking at his skin, explosive melt downs - most of which started when he was about 2 years old. I think he could benefit from epsom salt baths (did them years ago), but he does not bathe at all anymore. He does not put any lotion, cream, oil etc on his skin. He will take pills (although very resistant to the number lately... I think he burned out on taking so many before)... so if there is something to take orally instead of doing epsom salt baths, that would possibly work. He has recently just started taking enzymes, it's been about 4 weeks. He is resistant to it at times but mostly is taking them. The other day I noticed that his eczema was looking pretty clear, maybe the enzymes are helping. I read the article from the files recently suggested on Phenol-Suphotransferase Issues and eczema. The article was difficult for me to " get " . I'm wondering if anyone who has worked through it and could summarize what the suggestions are. Thanks a lot for any help/ideas.
