Dana, right now I am giving the NSI omega-3 fish oil approximately

one tsp. (not measured) 2 times a day after breakfast and after

dinner.

But I will give the full suggested dose (which is 2 tsp) with the

omega-cure oil. That is what their website suggests.

I take fish oil myself and it seems like, it is better for me when I

take the caps all at once vs. spreading them out. Thanks.
