Guest guest
YOUR ASSISTANCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED! As you may have known, the Texas Insurance Commissioner held many hearings on mold contamination. In the end he sided with the insurance industry and have essentially removed mold contamination from our coverage. During these hearings he stated he was forming a task force to determine how to handle mold claims and water discharge claims in the future. Unfortunately his task force is stacked with the insurance industry, builders, and tort reform groups such as Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse who have devastated consumer protection in Texas. His task force also excludes the most important entity, the homeowners, who have real life experience with mold claims and contamination. He failed to appoint even one single homeowner even though many were willing to help. JOIN US in emailing the Commissioner, Montemayor, .Montemayor@... and voicing your opposition to not appointing a homeowner to the task force and the appointment of so many anti-consumer organizations. DEMAND that he immediately appoint someone who has first hand experience with the mold problem, a homeowner. DEMAND that he answer your email with something other than a form letter. DEMAND that consumers be heard and appointed to the task force. Please CC president@....
Guest guest
I believe my letter to Mr. Montemeyor has been posted by Hodd. This is just insane, if I was close enough to his office I would go camp out-this is such a slap in the face. If you don't have my letter and his pathetic response, feel free to email me at sdayberry@... and i will be glad to share it with you. ----- Original Message ----- From: R.
