Dear list members, my husband Mark Rudland died in Feb this year, and I

have just got round to clearing his supplements.

I have 1lb tin of spirulina powder

saw palmetto

curcumin with bioperine

paw paw cell reg

garlic caps

magnesium 500 mgs caps

phytostatin

naltrexone (LDN) 50 mg tabs

maitaki mushroom extract

ginger caps

digestive enzymes

green tea caps

slippery elm ( he found it useful for calming stomach post oesophagectomy)

carctol (natural herb mix used against cancer)

ban zhi lian (herb tea, i think with mint extract)

L Theanine

DHEA

Niacinamide

Comitris (marine liquid shark cartilage) This is kept in the freezer, and

one taken out per day and drunk when still just cold. Do not defrost with a

microwave.

These supplements are free to whoever would like to use them, tho obviously

it would be easier to get them to someone in UK because of the cost of

postage. If however anyone wants them in USA I'm sure we can work something
