senokot for constipation?

if I recall correctly Senokot is a chemical stimulant and shouldn't be used

to relieve constipation. The ONLY thing that my pediatrician, DAN Dr, and

DAN-Pediatric Gastroenterologist all recommend for kids is Miralax, which is

a bulk producer that acts by attracting water and forming a stool. For me,

Miralax always gives me gas so I prefer psyllium based products like

Metamucil/generics. The RMT exercises you do on your tummy stimulate the

GI tract to move also
