Guest guest
Um...isn't that a LOT??!! I started out with one cap and worked up to 7 quickly. My daughter started at 1/2 and quickly worked up to 4. Neither of us had any negative reactions. Our symptoms returned on day 10 (she gets bumpy rash on upper arms, red cheeks and chin, bloating, constipation, sinus congestion and irritablity. I get bloating, psoriasis flare-up, constipation, headaches, sinus congestion, and irritability). Last night I took 10 caps with dinner and saw much improvement. Kate took 5 and saw much improvement in all symptoms. This morning, I upped dose again (me 11 and Kate 6) and saw more improvement but symptoms still aren't gone. I'm going to take 12 with lunch and give Kate 7. THAT'S A WHOLE LOT OF ENZYMES!! Has anyone else ever taken this many? Plus, I have to be taking way more protease enzymes than I'm using to digest my food so should I be taking Virastop with Candidase between meals as well to help get rid of the candida? I'm only on day 13 of this enzyme trial and am quickly watching my bank account dwindle away, but I'm very, very happy to stick with this if it's the right course of action. Am I on the right track?
