I am asking because I cannot find any A that is not in a gelcap taken from bovine. I also have not found a liquid A. ==>Vitamin A is extremely important for health. Your body needs 20,000 to 30,000 IUs per day. Bee

Guest guest
I don't know about liquid vitamin A, but if you eat more liver that would help. Liver is a great source of vitamin A. They may be able to order it for you; ensure it isn't derived from soy. You could also squeeze the liquid out of the gel caps. Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee, I am hoping it's not the gelcaps. I'll try it again after the 9-day program. I am only on day 2 so we'll see how it goes. a > Do you know of a brand that has liquid A that is ok to take? > > a ==>No, sorry I don't. Ask at the health store. Guest guest
Hi Joni, Bee would be best to answer the question about too much iron in pregnancy. I do not know enough about that to help. What I wanted to ask, though, is if this is something you were diagnosed with? If so how were you diagnosed? Did they do a genetic test, or did they just diagnose it by symptoms? The reason I ask is that I find it interesting that the disorder impacts hemoglobin syntheses and function. This is somethign that candida does as well. If they didnt verfy that the disorder is genetic in nature when you were diagoised, you may have been misdiagnosed. Additionally the disorder can become apparent in people with one gene copy, but in others it takes two copies to activate it. When a gene has a varying level of activation like that, often this indicates that there are other factors that mitigate the expression of said gene. So even if the diagnosis is genetically based, its possible that an external factor (like poor nutrition or a candida infection) is needed before the disorder manifests itself. Often, in these cases, if you can eliminate that external factor the manifestation of the " genetic disorder " disappears. Just thought it was interesting... All heredity/gene theories have been proven false by Dr. Weston A. Price. Genes/DNA are easily changed and improved by proper nutrition. He writes about experiments with pigs in his book " Nutrition and Physical Degeneration " , Chapter 18, Prenatal nutritional deformities and disease types; http://journeytoforever.org/farm_library/price/pricetoc.html > > Iron is found in excess in these people's blood. Guest guest
What is pure vitamin A? I know this might be a stupid question, but I have taken all luteins away from Ruby and I know she needs some vitamin A. I have the vitamin A fish oil and I'm wondering if that is pure vitamin A? I don't want to give her carotenes. Thanks so much
