Guest guest
Dana, Do you stop with the major yeast fighting first or go up with yeast fighting after introducing antivirals? Which antiviral did you introduce first? OLE or Virastop? Did you get it up to full dosage and then introduce the other? Why did you do multiple anti virals? I am really gearing up now because we have the candex, biotin and Virastop. I am trying to decide if I want to do OLE or Cat's Claw. Have you heard of Cat's Claw and know how that compares to OLE? What were the viral die off signs that your kids had? Guest guest
> Dana, > Do you stop with the major yeast fighting first or go up with yeast fighting after introducing antivirals? Viral die off caused a LOT of yeast here, so I definitely would not stop giving yeast fighters. At my house, biotin and GSE worked well. >>Which antiviral did you introduce first? OLE or Virastop? OLE, then Virastop, then vitamin C, then lysine. [High dose vitamin A first.] If I had to do it again, I would not wait so long before giving the vitamin C and lysine. >>Did you get it up to full dosage and then introduce the other? Yes. >>Why did you do multiple anti virals? They were all required for different reasons. >>Have you heard of Cat's Claw and know how that compares to OLE? I have heard of it. I never used it, so I don't know how it would compare. OLE has been wonderful at my house for many different reasons, viruses, bacteria, environmental allergies, and other things. > What were the viral die off signs that your kids had? Rashes, yeast overgrowth, and certain viruses tended to cause " typical virus symptoms " on the way out, so we would have various colds, etc, that would last 2-3 days. Guest guest
> > Thanks so much, Dana. I actually meant to say do you start with the major yeast fighting first. I accidentally said stop. You want to know what helps your child to control yeast. I would not start with MAJOR yeast fighting until you actually start the anti-virals, because major yeast fighting when there is not major yeast, can cause a bad bacteria problem. But learn what supps will help the yeast for your child, and then increase the doses when the yeast gets bad from the anti-virals.
