We are treating our four year old NT son for viral issues. Bacteria

is an issue as well. Without OLE, PRX and O of O and a few other

things his urinary tract infection returns.

My question is about viral issues. After increasing the viral

protocal we have had viral die off like sores & rashes occur. A wart

appeared on his hand which I can't seem to get rid of. He had one on

the bottom of his toe but it went away. He takes the following:

One and 1/2 PRX (extra strength ViraStop) three times a day

SPS - 1/2 three times a day

1000mg of OLE three times a day

50mg of O of O three times a day

Carnatine 500mg once a day

and a few other things for yeast etc.

The only thing I can think of is to increase the Lysine. What do you

think? The supplement bill in this house is nuts!

Thanks, Melinda

Lysine eliminated warts here. Be sure to give it at least 2 hours

apart from OLE.

protocol (olive leaf extract, virastop and monolaurin and the hundreds

of warts on my boys hands and wrists are GONE!

worth a try, its been amazing for us. we used this protocol once in

Hi Jen,

Warts are viral so try antivirals like OLE (Olive Leaf Extract) or OoO (Oil of

Oregano).

Lomatium extract (i.e.: LDM-100) is also anti-viral.

Regarding the statement: " ...there is a homeopathic remedy for

warts... " : I have to respectfully say that is not an accurate

statement, in and of itself. Boericke's Materia Medica lists warts in

31 different remedies. As mentioned before, homeopathic remedies, work

on a wide range of mind-body symptoms, not per named diseases or

single symptoms.

Warts would actually be considered a symptom of an imbalance in the

body. Once a homeopathic evaluation (interview) has been done, the

person who has warts as one of their many symptoms would be prescribed

a remedy, or a range of remedies over time, specific to those

symptoms. This remedy, or remedies, might not even include one of the

listed 31 remedies that do mention warts. Yet, if the remedy is

correctly prescribed and the body begins to balance itself (move

toward homeostasis), the wart or warts will eventually disappear.

So, for a company to come up with " a " homeopathic remedy or " a " spray

" for " warts is just someone trying to sell you something that is

packaged in a way that you (think you )understand it and would be

moved to try it because of the enticing labeling. But, in fact, it has

very little chance of actually having lasting, if any results, because

homeopathy doesn't work that way. The remedy itself, may be a

homeopathic remedy, but the approach to applying it is not. It’s like

telling a foreigner, who is visiting the USA for the first time, to

drive from New York City to Seattle, taking them to a giant parking

lot full of cars, giving them a set of car keys and leaving them to

fend for themselves. No indication as to which car the keys will fit,

no map to Houston, no instructions on what the best way/time is to get

there. Just here you are, cars, keys, destination, good luck!

This is a big point of contention for pretty much all homeopaths

because it gives homeopathy a bad name. People will go out, buy this

crap (which may or may not be 'homeopathic', but is definitely not

homeopathy) and then be disappointed and go home and tell themselves

and anyone else who will listen that " homeopathy doesn't work " . What

they don't realize is that they have, in essence, not yet even tried

homeopathy. Thus, they end up cheating themselves, and anyone who is

influenced by what they said, out of a chance at a very effective,

gentle and thorough healing system. A system that might have saved, or

at least extended and/or greatly improved their lives had they but

known to turn to it under the proper conditions. Pity.

Warts were a never-ending nightmare in my home for several years.

What finally worked was a high dose vitamin A protocol modified to

account for my son's genetic disorder after he was finally diagnosed.

The standard recommendation is 100,000 IU per day for one month. Due

to his gut issues, he didn't get better until we did 160,000 IU for 6

weeks, combined with high doses of vitamin E both orally and

topically. I recommend starting with 100,000 IU and only increasing

it if that fails.

Other things I recall from when I was trying every remedy I could find:

Potato pieces or banana peels taped on to the wart are supposed to

help. This did not work for us, in part because it was too

inconvenient to stick with consistently.

Aspirin taken orally is supposed to help. It is the same stuff that

is used topically to treat them in things like Compound W. I really

don't recommend it and it didn't help us.

Warts treated with Compound W or frozen off only came back in my home

and my sons objected to how painful it was to do this. I objected to

how much damage these approaches did to the skin around the warts.

Tea tree oil used topically is supposed to help. I am apparently

allergic to the stuff.

Good luck with this.

Oral L-lysine worked wonders for wart removal in my son but did not

work for my daugther. It is an easy thing to try with perhaps some

other benefits (I used it to get a language boost and got wart

removal as a bonus). I used 500 mgs/day for my son and 1000 mg/day

for my daughter. It took about 3 weeks to work (son) and 1 month

(daughter) to realize is wasn't working!

I will try the OLE and OoO with my daughter. We are using topical

salicylic acid (CompoundW) right now but I know we need more.

My son started with a major sized wart on his wrist. OLE and Virastop

did not touch it, and neither did vitamin C, but when I added lysine,

first it grew huge and then it disappeared. Then warts came on his

feet [plantar warts] which also grew huge and then disappeared.

During this time, his language and social skills improved immensely.

Lysine was pulling herpes virus out of his brain.

This protocol caused a LOT of yeast [understatement], so watch for

that. It took 8 months of high dose lysine to eliminate all the

herpes virus.

Thankyou for that information...I will be seeing our homeopathic doc

this week and will ask about lysine. I also read something about

vitamin E and was told before that the theory behind the duct tape

was that you need to eliminate the air to the root. I hope that I

can get this virus out of his body as it is painful to have warts...

I was just re-reading some of the messages related to this topic, when

it suddenly dawned on me that just last year I had a plantar's wart on

my sole that was starting to get sore. I decided to try treating it

topically with Oil of Oregano. My reasoning was that Oil of Oregano is

an anti-viral and warts are viral. I did not necessarily want to use

it internally, because it also kills bacteria and, as such, could

provoke a yeast infection.

I just used regular Oil of Oregano capsules from Now Foods (aka Now

Vitamins). Every night, at bedtime, I would take a capsule and pierce

it and just squeeze the oil out and spread it all over the area. Then

I would put on a clean white cotton sock to keep the oil near my skin

and not on the sheets. Within two days, it no longer hurt, and within

two more weeks it was gone completely and has not returned since.

After it stopped the pain from the wart, I figured I was on the right

track and ordered a bottle of liquid Oil of Oregano with a dropper,

because piercing and squeezing the capsules wasn't all that much fun

and it was messy too.

Don't know if this would work on all warts, but it sure worked on

mine! If you want to try it, you could just maybe put the oil on at

night and lightly cover it with some gauze or light weight cotton

gloves to keep it from rubbing off... Maybe even try applying it after

he's gone to sleep, so he doesn't fuss at it?

This method was very gentle and did not burn or irritate at all.

Didn't feel a thing, really. Still, some parts of the body could be

more sensitive than others, of course...
