I testified in Federal Court about 10 years ago in Freni vs Dupont where I went thru my first Daubert Hearing (where all experts must defend their credentials) and I passed and was allowed to testify for Mr. Freni and he won about $650,000 (?).................I also defended my credentials in State Court in Stuart, Florida in a similiar hearing before a judge in Benson vs Mobil Properties ( a mold poisoning case, not property damage ) where Mr. Benson collected money also. The plaintiff's lawfirm I was working for was the firm where the famous attorney, Willy , is the principle partner (you saw him featured on "20/20" or "60 Minutes".
