Guest guest
Hi, My daughter is taking the Houston's TriEnza for lunch and dinner(only half capsule for 5 days). The school told me she was very excited after lunch. But from my observation it is ok for dinner. I didn't see too many overexcited at home. She is on GFCFSF and lower sugar. I only give her a pinch of rice for breakfast and lunch. My question is if the TriEnza is too strong for her because she is already GFCFSF. How can we know whether the kid needs Enzyme or not? I doubt she has phenol problem because she is very sensitive to the tomato, grapefruit and got red cheek after few days with almond on SCD (I have to quit now).Does she only need No-phenol? She also has higher Oxalate. Thanks.

Tomatoes, grapefruit, and almonds are high phenol, and red cheeks is a common sign. Definitely consider the No-Fenol enzyme. >>She also has higher Oxalate. Try B6/magnesium, and watch for yeast.
