HI all

I'm re-sending this as it didn't come through first go. Apologies if it

turns up twice!

Hi

We were wondering if there is anyone else here from the UK?

I found the book 'Enzymes and Austism' a couple of weeks ago, just by

chance, and we decided to try enzymes. My daughter is 17 now and has ADD and

gut

problems and some other symptoms, which we've been struggling with for

years, well, all her life really. She has been avoiding all grains and starchy

foods such as potatoes which is along the lines of SCD but she still tolerates

milk and sugar. This just about keeps things under control but is horribly

restrictive to live with, especially for a teenager. She's been doing it

since about age 13. We have tried several times to re-introduce starchy foods

without success.

We tracked down some enzymes here in the Uk as soon as we read the book and

have been using them for about 10 days now. Results so far are good and she

is eating normally for the first time in years. We are using Trienza, we

started off with two before meals but have now cut it down to one and that

seems

to be better. We can't quite believe it's working! We are still anxious

though as the problems usually build up after a couple of weeks of eating

'normally' so we are not quite out of the woods yet! She had pizza last night

and

forget to take an enzyme and all problems returned so the enzymes are

definetley doing something.

Thanks for all the information.

regards to all

Kate and Abbey
