I put the question of driving to my son's IEP team so it would not be mine alone.... all said "no" for now. Focus, low on change and anger were his current drawbacks... he has mellowed since then and I have signed him up on line to do the course... he's still hasn't finished it and I don't encourage him to.... so when he talks about driving, I ask how the online course is going.....

....plus I had someone other than myself do mobility training to get him to use mass transportation...

I am wondering about how Asperger's does with driving. I am asking as I plan on having take driver's ed.
