does cooking neutralize mold?

Hi,

My son would dearly love to have raisins and other dried fruits, but

we avoid them due to yeast issues. Would baking the raisins neutralize

or kill the mold? For example, I'd like to bake raisins into my

GF/CF/SF carrot muffins.
